Message from the President
The burden of metabolic diseases continues to grow at an unprecedented pace, affecting millions of individuals across the world and placing enormous demands on healthcare systems. Addressing these complex disorders requires more than clinical expertise—it calls for collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and a truly multidisciplinary approach.
It is with this vision that we established the International Association of Metabolic Care Health Professionals (IMACH). Our mission is to create a vibrant scientific platform that brings together healthcare professionals from diverse specialties to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and collectively advance excellence in metabolic healthcare.
At IMACH, we believe that education is the cornerstone of better patient outcomes. Through high-quality scientific programs, continuing medical education, clinical discussions, research collaborations, and evidence-based practice, we strive to empower healthcare professionals with the latest knowledge and practical skills required to manage the evolving spectrum of metabolic disorders.
Our strength lies in our multidisciplinary community comprising endocrinologists, diabetologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, gynecologists, bariatric specialists, nutritionists, dietitians, diabetes educators, nurses, pharmacists, researchers, and primary care physicians. Together, we can bridge specialties, integrate expertise, and deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
As IMACH grows into a globally respected professional association, our commitment remains unwavering—to foster scientific excellence, encourage innovation, nurture future leaders, and improve the lives of people living with metabolic diseases.
I warmly invite you to become a part of IMACH and join us in shaping the future of metabolic healthcare through collaboration, education, and shared purpose.
Together, let us advance metabolic health and transform patient care.
